It's about 4 miles by road from Bredon, about 5 from Kemerton and Beckford and about 6 from Overbury. All four villages sit on or below Bredon Hill in Worcestershire, with the site over the county line in Gloucestershire. We found no weight or width restriction on the way, and Beckford is on the A46, which takes you to the edge of Tewkesbury. The site is close to the A46 and Junction 9 of the M5, opposite Dobbies Garden Centre. These are road distances rather than timed drives, so check your own journey before a loaded run.

Once you're there, you get in with smart entry any day from 6am to 10pm, so you can load before work or after it.

Why Bredon people store with us

Bredon is a village of 2,705 people (2021 census) on the Avon, on the lower slopes of Bredon Hill. Bredon Barn, a late 14th-century threshing barn about 40 metres long and now cared for by the National Trust, is often wrongly called a tithe barn. Kemerton Camp, an Iron Age hill fort, crowns the hill, and Overbury sits south of it, midway between Evesham and Tewkesbury.

How easy is this place to navigate and access your unit once its set up- very! Its all done via an app. Extremely secure and the lovely people who work there, are well - amazing and helpful. The units are varying sizes and doesnt break the bank either!

The Wigwam facility is extremely clean and each of our storage units are immaculate. The app to enter and access our units is easy to use and for any extra help we have needed, we have had excellent & swift responses from the Wigwam staff, especially Lenny and Holly. I would thoroughly recommend.

I found dealing with Wigwam easy to deal with, the staff are all friendly. The Tewkesbury depot is clean. I only negative for me is having to press and hold the up or down button on the lift until the lift is in position.

We turned up unannounced and I spoke to Sarah, she opened the unit and gave us a phone tour, we picked a unit and a move date. We needed to change the move date again I called ,spoke to Holly , again no issues . The service has been impeccable, throughout, the entry system is easy , even for a technophobe like me. I cannot recommend this place highly enough

Renting a unit with Wigwam was so simple. I rang them up, they 'showed me around' the Tewkesbury site - they were on the phone, unlocking doors as I approached the doors, my little girl loved it. The units are decent value for money, especially with the discount I received, the facility is very clean, and the system on your phone works brilliantly. Best storage unit I've ever rented from, cannot recommend enough!

This storage unit is well located near the motorway, clean and very easy to navigate. All access is controlled by a simple app and it is easy to share with colleagues or others who might need access on a one off or ongoing basis. There is a lift to help move things if your space is on the first floor. There is also a wide loading bay or a self opening door from the car park, so you have options fit for items of all shapes and sizes. The customer service team are super helpful and were able to talk us through everything we need to know. We would recommend Wigwam Tewkesbury wholeheartedly!

I highly reccomend wigwam storage.... worth every single penny. Ive a 35sqft unit and its perfect. Ive a few bits from my house, and i buy and sell in the carboots so its very very handy. Im always in & out. Really good opening times also, i think its 6 am to 10 pm which is perfect for me. I just go in unlock the doors with a press of a button on my phone , and load in my stuff. This place is absolutely spotless clean, i mean immaculate. A lovely clean smell hits you when you open the doors & my favourite thing is the trolleys, they r so handy. I believe there is a thing for carrying pallets also which is cool. And the toilet is always spotless. I cant pick a single fault. Thanks wigwam from Patrick stokes

Bredon storage: useful things to know

Is there a Wigwam store in Bredon?

No. We serve Bredon from Wigwam Tewkesbury at Ashchurch Business Centre, about 4 miles away.

How long does the drive take?

It's about 4 miles from Bredon and up to about 6 from Overbury. We haven't timed it, so allow a little extra at busy times.

When can I get to my unit?

Any day from 6am to 10pm, using smart entry. The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Is there a lift, or do I carry things upstairs?

Access is step-free throughout the site, including to first-floor units, and trolleys are provided. Ground-floor units cost a little more.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.

How long do I have to stay?

The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.

Do I need insurance?

Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
