Getting here from Oxshott
Head to our Leatherhead store
1D, Business Park 8, Barnett Wood Lane,
Leatherhead, KT22 7DG
It's about 3.4 miles by road, roughly 7 minutes in clear traffic: from the High Street along Leatherhead Road and Oxshott Road, then the Leatherhead By-Pass to Barnett Wood Lane. That comes from map routing rather than a timed run, so allow extra time at peak hours.
Smart entry lets you in any day from 6am to 10pm. Oxshott shares the KT22 postcode district with our site, so it really is close.
Which floor?
The ground floor is step-free, with free parking and trolleys. The first floor is stairs only, with no lift, so it suits boxes better than large furniture.
Choose the space you need
Use these as a starting point. The Leatherhead team can help you choose.
Illustrative sizes and contents. Unit types and availability vary.
Leatherhead prices each floor separately. A 75 sq ft unit is £83.50 a week on the stairs-only first floor and £103.50 on the ground floor. The smallest space is a ground-floor locker at £11 a week. Find every size on the Leatherhead storage prices page; we bill every four weeks.
Why Oxshott people store with us
Oxshott is a village of around 4,900 people with Leatherhead as its post town. It has hilly, acidic heath that is partly wooded, a station that opened in 1885 on the Guildford Line, and the A244 running through the middle of the village and briefly forming its high street.
Moving home
Between selling and buying, storage for your move keeps the furniture safe and out of the way.
Renovating
Take the contents of a room out of harm's way while the builders work, then bring them back.
Business storage
Spare stock or paperwork for a small business run from home: business storage.
Decluttering
Big houses collect things. Decluttering is easier when there is a unit three miles away.

Very efficient service from the team at WigWam. The storage unit is clean, dry and accessible up to 10pm. Access is easy by using the app to operate the roll shutter, the side door and the unit itself. The app worked really well and easy to use. All good so far. Thanks.

This was a convenient storage facility for me to hold a load of stuff temporarily. The booking process was straightforward and the staff (based in Chipping Norton) very helpful and 'on the ball' if there were any issues. Security to the unit is managed by phone app with no physical key. This was not an issue for me. The facility generally is clean and secure.
The only issue for me was a lack of a lift to storage units on the first floor, which Wigwam were able to fix by finding a ground floor unit.
Would I use again? Yes.

Just moved my stuff into the Leatherhead branch and honestly couldn't be happier. The WW team were absolute lifesavers — super patient, really friendly, and helped me figure out the exact unit size I needed so I wasn't wasting money. The place is spotless and feels really secure. It's also dead easy to load and unload because they have plenty of trolleys right by the door. Using the phone app to open the gates is a massive bonus too, way better than messing around with padlocks or pad codes.Got a great deal with the 50% off intro offer as well. If you need storage around here, definitely use these guys.

Great customer service. When I enquired about possible storage, they were both accommodating and patient, showing me the various options and talking me through the whole process.

The only real issue was that I found getting the app activated was quite a bug laden experience, most two factor authentications I deal with routinely work rather more seamlessly, albeit I'm in my seventies and although I consider myself to be digitally literate sometimes these things stump me. Any way once I had that sorted everything went smoothly, easy access to the facility, access system worked perfectly. Also pleased to find a toilet at the facility.

Firstly, I have to say, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit and site itself was very clean and tidy. I was a little apprehensive when told the unit and site was unstaffed and controlled via an app but I neednt have been worried. You download an app and press the icon within the app to open doors/ shutter and the unit, so easy. Theres no staff onsite but If you have problems, the staff are on the end of a telephone who I am sure will be more than happy to help. On initial viewing, i spoke with someone on the phone who opened up the site and unit for me to view.

I had a great experience with with Wigwam Leatherhead - I opened a unit (to store items for an elderly relative) just before Wigwam took over. The onsite team was really helpful with choosing the right unit and when I vastly overestimated what I would need they helped me to adjust my booking/account for two small mini units instead. I was nervous about the digital locks for the door and units but that went really smoothly, and I only once had an issue with gaining entry to the site, which I'm certain was an issue with my phone rather than their system (I now think that maybe it was because I was running a VPN without realising). When I was locked out I called the support number and Lenny was really helpful and (after taking me through security authentication) got me into the site and the unit. The huge benefit of the digital key system is that you can more easily share access with other people. When I closed down the unit, Lenny and the team were really efficient at processing the outgoing paperwork and returning the deposit and the small refund that we were owed. The site is secure, has great availability hours and the only downside at that site is that there isn't a lift, but the new Dorking site has a lift, and when we had the need to store a much larger amount of 'stuff' (that we absolutely couldn't go up and down the stairs with) we got a great deal on a unit at Dorking. Our interactions have all been positive with Wigwam (and with the previous owners).

Absolutely faultless. First class service from Serena and Richard when checking in and again from Emma when checking out. There are units of various sizes; mine was good value - about £100 a month including insurance, and they now have Bluetooth/App entry and tracking for extra ease and security on site. No catches when ending (short term) rental and prompt return of deposit when I emptied my locker. Thank you very much.

I had a storage unit here for over a year, and the process was completely seamless and more than I could have asked for. Julie and the team will accommodate all your needs and are on hand every working day to help. Security at the site is 24/7 and so is access, giving great flexibility around your needs. When I looked, Pink Hippo was better than priced than any other local alternatives. The units are all in fantastic condition with great security and access. Thank you again to Julie and the team for all your help and friendliness!
