It's 5.3 miles by road from Badgeworth village, roughly 10 minutes in free-flowing traffic. You follow Badgeworth Lane and Badgeworth Road onto Gloucester Road, then carry on into the middle of Cheltenham and out to Grosvenor Terrace. Bentham and Little Witcombe are in the same parish, so the run is much the same. These are routing estimates, not timed drives, so allow extra time at rush hour.
At Cheltenham you let yourself in with smart entry, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm and at weekends and on bank holidays from 10am to 4pm. There is no access outside those hours, so plan your loading around them.

I have used the storage at Cheltenham for nearly two years now and have always been glad I made the change from a large facility in Kingsditch. I recall leaving a glowing review of Casey and his team when I first took on the unit. Just yesterday I left a less than complimentary review but have discovered my frustration at the time was due to misleading info I obtained over the Internet and nothing to do with Wigwam. So that review is withdrawn and I continue to recommend Wigwam as a convenient town centre facility, well run and utilising a high tech, easy to use entry system.

The sales team were great in giving me a tour of the different storage options available and then providing me with quotes. Everything after that point was super easy to get set up and get moved in.
The app is also really easy and user friendly with no issues so far and the premises as a whole feels really secure.

Lenny was great at helping me get my storage over the phone, and was engaging and fun. I also received some help from a nice guy at the location; I think his name is Adam, a very lovely fellow. Friendly staff they've got. First time using a storage unit, and it was seamless to set up and easy to use the app without any confusion. The price was also really affordable, beyond what I assumed it would be, and I still got a 50% discount for the first 8 weeks. I highly recommend Wigwam.

Sarah and the Wigwam team have been fantastic! They've made the whole process easy, convenient, and affordable! Wigwam do really good deals on their storage spaces, 50% off for the first 8 weeks, and they use an app-based system for access to the storage unit which is quick and efficient! This is the best experience I've had with a storage space company to date!!

Impressive storage facility in central Cheltenham
location. Good access in opening hours using the App. (Be prepared to check mail filter if the initial email giving access to the App and hence to your store does not seem to come through.) Clean, well lit. Kasey gave a very helpful introduction and registration process.

Wigwam self storage have proven very helpful when I couldn’t be around for moving out. Whoa, where do I start from, the guys there deserve more than a 5-star, pleasant, patient, good listeners, etc. Having used other storage this is the 1st I've experienced where the guys are happy to get involved with your stuff. The app allows you to have access which for me was way better than the traditional locks. I got there needing a big size but the guys advised that I get my stuff in 1st to see the best size (they were rather concerned about what suits my needs rather than the money) Luke and Kacey you guys are rock starts. Please keep this up. I'll recommend StoreAway Self Storage any day anytime.

All the staff were very responsive and didn't mind answering several email questions before the start of the contract. The app that allows access was super easy to use and the facilities are clean and in excellent condition. Rolling carts made move-in and move-out of our items so much easier.

I cannot recommend StoreAway enough for all your storage needs. The customer service I have received has just been fantastic. Luke is so helpful, friendly and professional. As are all the other staff I have met. Nothing is too much trouble. Is there a Wigwam store in Badgeworth?
No. We serve Badgeworth from Wigwam Cheltenham on Grosvenor Terrace, about 5 miles away.
How long does the drive take?
Around 10 minutes in free-flowing traffic from Badgeworth village. That's a routing estimate, so allow longer at busy times.
When can I get to my unit?
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and weekends and bank holidays 10am to 4pm, by smart entry. The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
Is there a lift?
No. The mezzanine is reached by stairs only, which is why it costs less for the same size. Ground-floor units avoid the stairs.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.
Do I need insurance?
Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
