Getting here from Droitwich Spa
Head to our Bromsgrove store
27-29 Sherwood Road,
Bromsgrove, B60 3DR
It's about 5.5 miles by road, roughly 11 minutes in clear traffic: Queen Street onto Bromsgrove Road, through the Rashwood Interchange onto Worcester Road, then Redditch Road to Sherwood Road. Treat that as a map-based estimate rather than a timed journey, and leave longer when traffic is heavy.
Smart entry opens the site from 6am to 10pm every day, so a house clearance is not tied to office hours.
Heading over with a van load?
Bromsgrove has trolleys, sack trucks and a pump truck, and step-free access to the first floor. Call 01527 222321 if you would like help planning the easiest route for a loaded van.

Prices are set by size and floor. A 10 sq ft unit on the first floor is £10.50 a week and £11 on the ground floor, a 35 sq ft unit is £27.50 and £33, and a 200 sq ft unit, ground floor only, is £144.50. Everything is on our Bromsgrove storage prices page, billed every four weeks.
Why Droitwich Spa people store with us
Droitwich has long been a salt town, and the River Salwarpe that runs through it is thought to be named for the brine that bubbles up. The Droitwich Canals, abandoned in 1939, reopened in 2011, and with about 25,000 people the town is big enough that plenty of households need somewhere to put things from time to time.

Highly recommend this company! I recently moved and needed to store some items and was unsure where to store as I wanted to make sure it was close by but also very secure. I contacted this company and to spoke to Holly who was so welcoming and helped me decide what size would be better for me by allowing me access to see the units. The level of security in the premises is fantastic with cameras at every corner! I decided in the end to go with a 50ft storage and then dealt with both Helen and Jeremy who explain each step what happens moving forward and made sure that I would get access on the date that suited me. The process I thought was going to be long and added stress for me, however all 3 took that stress away! Thank you again!

I had need of storage space at short notice. Wigwam came up in a search as local to me with good reviews. Let me say the reviews are well deserved. They have all different storage unit sizes which you can easily select online.
I've never used self storage before so it was all new to me but Wigwam have made it so intuitive and simple to use. You download the app which gives you easy Bluetooth access to the entire building. I've only used the facility out of office hours and it was all so easy. There are flat bed trolleys, a pump truck and a sack truck to make moving your items hassle free. Safe, secure storage, easy to use, accessible until 10pm and reasonable prices. Top marks all round.
I'd recommended Wigwam to anyone wanting self storage.

The signing up process was easy, and the service from the staff was speedy, friendly, helpful and professional.
The app used to access the premises was easy to use and gave added assurance of the security of my items.
Once inside the premises were modern, clean, well lit, and directions to the storage unit were clear and easy to follow…. Even the lift had step by step instructions!
All in all a fantastic company and storage facility.

Excellent experience!
We needed sudden storage after selling our parents’ house. I stopped in at the Bromsgrove branch and found it unmanned, (which I now know is normal).
I rang the number and spoke to an extremely helpful employee who offered me immediate, remote access to the building and let me see inside two different sized units.
After that, the set up was extremely quick!
I applied in the morning and was able to drop stuff off the same day. Everything is activated by an app on your phone but staff can be contacted by phone if needed.
On my second visit (after lots of rain) I did notice a pool of water not far from my unit. I rang up and by next day it had been sorted. No recurrence.
I am really happy with the unit and the excellent service.

Wigwam have generously donated a unit to The Basement Project for our food bank. It is very high tech and access is managed through an app which is simple to use. Jos and the team have been really supportive and are easy to contact if we have any questions.
Droitwich Spa storage: useful things to know
Is there a Wigwam store in Droitwich Spa?
No. We serve Droitwich Spa from Wigwam Bromsgrove on Sherwood Road, about 5.5 miles away.
How long does the drive take?
Around 11 minutes in clear traffic. That's a routing estimate, so allow longer at busy times.
When can I get to my unit?
You can come any day from 6am until 10pm, letting yourself in with smart entry. The office itself keeps weekday hours of 8:30am to 6pm, plus Saturday 9am to 4pm.
Is there step-free access to upstairs units?
Yes, step-free access runs right through the Bromsgrove site, so the first floor are reachable without stairs.
Is there a larger unit for a full house move?
Yes. A 200 sq ft ground-floor unit is £144.50 a week, and there is a 300 sq ft unit above that for commercial stock. Every size is on our Bromsgrove prices page.
Is there a deposit?
No deposit is taken from new customers at the moment.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.
Do I need insurance?
Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
