Getting here from Ashford
Head to our Leatherhead store
1D, Business Park 8, Barnett Wood Lane,
Leatherhead, KT22 7DG
Pick up the A308 from Church Road or School Road, then the A244 south through Upper Halliford and over Walton Bridge into Walton-on-Thames. Leave Walton along Ashley Road, Queens Road and Seven Hills Road and carry on south to Leatherhead and Barnett Wood Lane.
It's about 17.7 miles, roughly 30 minutes in clear traffic. That's the shortest sensible route; the quickest option goes round by motorway and is longer, at about 20.9 miles. All of this is an estimate from map routing rather than a timed drive, so allow longer at busy times.
You let yourself in with smart entry, any day from 6am to 10pm, so you can pick your moment for the drive.

Illustrative sizes and contents. Unit types and availability vary.
Leatherhead has two floors, and the floor changes the price. Lockers on the ground floor start at £11 a week, and 10 sq ft units on the stairs-only first floor start at £20.50. Ground-floor units are step-free. With a half-hour drive each way, the bigger sizes are where the trip makes sense. Every size and floor is listed on our Leatherhead storage prices page, and storage is billed every four weeks rather than by calendar month.
Why Ashford people store with us
Ashford's name comes from a crossing of the River Ash, and the town sat in Middlesex until 1965. Much of the Queen Mary Reservoir falls within its postal area. People looking this far for storage are usually mid-move, emptying a house for a long renovation, or keeping business stock they only need now and then.
Moving home
Store a full home for a few months with storage for your move, and pay only for the weeks you use.
Renovating
Clear the house for a long renovation and collect it all in one go afterwards.
Business storage
Stock you rarely touch can sit in a unit rather than in a lease you don't need. See business storage.
Downsizing
Not ready to part with the furniture yet? Decluttering storage buys you time to decide.
