Getting here from Camberley
Head to our Reading store
7 Bridgewater Close,
Reading, RG30 1JT
It's about 20.8 miles by road, roughly 35 minutes in clear traffic: out of Camberley on London Road, north on the A321 and A3095 to Nine Mile Ride, then the A329 and A3290 into Reading, and out along the Oxford Road to Bridgewater Close. That's an estimate from map routing rather than a timed drive, so allow longer at busy times.
Smart entry then gets you in any day from 6am to 10pm, which suits an early start with a loaded car.
A long run, so plan it
At around 35 minutes each way this is a trip for a big load or a long stay rather than a few boxes. Ground-floor units are the larger ones, so ask the Reading team if you are unsure which size to book.
Choose the space you need
Use these as a starting point. The Reading team can help you choose.
Illustrative sizes and contents. Unit types and availability vary.
Reading has two floors, and the floor changes the price. A 25 sq ft unit starts at £18 a week on the first floor and £20.50 on the ground floor, and a 75 sq ft unit at £45.50 or £50.50. The largest sizes, such as 200 sq ft at £114 a week, are on the ground floor. Every size is listed on our Reading storage prices page, and storage is billed every four weeks rather than by calendar month.
Why Camberley people store with us
Camberley grew up around the army: Yorktown took shape after the Royal Military College opened at nearby Sandhurst, and the A30 London Road through the town began as a turnpike. Today people store from here mostly because of homes, whether that means moving, extending, downsizing or holding furniture while a sale completes.
Moving home
House between owners? Keep everything together with storage for your move on a rolling stay.
Extending and renovating
Furniture out of the way for a long build, then back when the dust settles.
Business storage
Stock, tools or records for a small firm, without a commercial lease. See business storage.
Waiting on a completion
Hold furniture while a sale goes through, with long-term storage if the wait stretches.

Great company. I wasn't sure what size unit I needed and they were so helpful with plenty of advice even offering to let me see the units before I decided. When I booked my unit it was so quick and easy I just needed some ID docs and signed the contract then straight away I had my unit. They use an app to access the storage facility and it was so easy to use. Also they were the best value. They even phoned me to check everything was okay and that I didn't have any problems with the app or access. I would definitely recommend Wigwam for storage with lovely friendly staff and easy to set up and access.

They're in a very convenient location, with lots of parking for cars and also close to the 17 bus. The facilities are always clean and well-lit, and I cannot say enough about the fantastic staff. Peri and Emma are always cheery, helpful, and friendly. Reasonable prices, as well. It's great!

After being with Pink Hippo Reading for quite a while now, I cannot express how happy I am with their service. The lockers are well-priced and the facility is clean, however, the staff really make the company what it is. They have been understanding, professional and incredibly helpful with the organisation of my unit from overseas. I couldn´t have asked for more and I would recommend them a thousand times over.
