I can’t recommend Wigwam Storage in Shipston-on-Stour highly enough! The customer service has been excellent, particularly over the phone, where the team were friendly, helpful, and incredibly considerate.
I needed to upsize my storage space at the last minute, and the whole process was handled effortlessly over the phone, without any hassle or complications. I was genuinely taken aback by how accommodating and thoughtful they were. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that makes you feel valued as a customer and goes out of its way to make things easy.
The facility itself is clean, tidy, easily accessible, and extremely convenient, making the whole storage experience straightforward and stress-free.

Wigwam Storage was a lifesaver. Moving into our new home in Shipston-on-Stour, we brought far too much with us. Wigwam's quick, efficient and friendly service enabled us to temporarily move things out of the congested house until we could get ourselves sorted out. The unit was exactly what we needed. Amazing help from the Chipping Norton office, through both email/phone. The whole process is so fast and seamless, and there's loads of quick and quality support if/when you need it. They have also been truly flexible, to fit my situation, with the booking. The tech they are using to support the booking, as well as the access to the storage facility, makes it exceptionally easy. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I've used other storage in prior years) and would use again.

What a great storage location. The facility is clean, tidy and feels safe with easy access/egress. Access to all areas is via an app, easy to use so no fear of loosing or forgetting keys. On site there are mechanical handling aids. When contacting Wigwam Self storage the staff were friendly and very helpful. I did not feel pressured into choosing a particular unit and setting up the contract was straight forward. I am very pleased I chose Wigwam Self Storage.

We have used Shipston Self Storage twice now - both for storing household items while building work was going on at home. Mick was just lovely! Easy booking process and responsive on both occasions. The facility is great (clean and secure) but, more importantly, Mick is extremely kind and helpful, offering friendly support and guidance on matching requirements to the customer's needs. He lends a personal touch to storage needs (which, by nature, can so often be clinical) and is very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his site.

Is there a Wigwam store in Chipping Campden?
No. We serve Chipping Campden from Wigwam Shipston-on-Stour at Blackwell Business Park, most of the way along the B4035.
How long does the drive take?
About 17 minutes for 9.6 miles in clear traffic. That's a routing estimate, so allow longer at busy times.
When can I get to my unit?
You can reach your unit any day from 6am to 10pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
Can I drive up to my storage?
Yes, there is a 160 sq ft drive-up container at £64 a week that you load straight from the door. The indoor units have step-free access and trolleys to help you load.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.
Do I need insurance?
Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
