Getting here from Whitnash
Head to our Shipston-on-Stour store
Blackwell Business Park,
Shipston-on-Stour, CV36 4PE
It's about 15.7 miles by road, roughly 23 minutes in clear traffic: leave Whitnash by Heathcote Road and the B4087 Tachbrook Road, cut across on Harbury Lane, then follow the Fosse Way south, first as the B4455 and then as the A429. That's an estimate from map routing, not a timed drive, so allow longer when traffic is heavy.
Smart entry opens the site any day from 6am to 10pm.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I can’t recommend Wigwam Storage in Shipston-on-Stour highly enough! The customer service has been excellent, particularly over the phone, where the team were friendly, helpful, and incredibly considerate.
I needed to upsize my storage space at the last minute, and the whole process was handled effortlessly over the phone, without any hassle or complications. I was genuinely taken aback by how accommodating and thoughtful they were. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that makes you feel valued as a customer and goes out of its way to make things easy.
The facility itself is clean, tidy, easily accessible, and extremely convenient, making the whole storage experience straightforward and stress-free.
A fantastic service from start to finish, with a team who genuinely care. If you’re looking for storage in Shipston-on-Stour, I would highly recommend Wigwam!

Wigwam Storage was a lifesaver. Moving into our new home in Shipston-on-Stour, we brought far too much with us. Wigwam's quick, efficient and friendly service enabled us to temporarily move things out of the congested house until we could get ourselves sorted out. The unit was exactly what we needed. The storage was just right. Access was always ready with the helpful app, and the storage facility was always clean and tidy. The whole experience has been great. Thank you so much for your help.

Amazing help from the Chipping Norton office, through both email/phone. The whole process is so fast and seamless, and there's loads of quick and quality support if/when you need it. They have also been truly flexible, to fit my situation, with the booking. The tech they are using to support the booking, as well as the access to the storage facility, makes it exceptionally easy. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (and I've used other storage in prior years) and would use again.

What a great storage location. The facility is clean, tidy and feels safe with easy access/egress. Access to all areas is via an app, easy to use so no fear of loosing or forgetting keys. On site there are mechanical handling aids. When contacting Wigwam Self storage the staff were friendly and very helpful. I did not feel pressured into choosing a particular unit and setting up the contract was straight forward. I am very pleased I chose Wigwam Self Storage.

This was such a pleasure - everyone at Wigwam was more than helpful. They made the whole experience of going into “storage” a compete pleasure. Prices were competitive as well which helped even more. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would do. Many thanks to you all.

I’ve recently moved into my storage. After just recently launching my business, I needed space to put stuff. Olivia and Lenny were both fantastic, making it clear what I needed, made sure I could get going quickly. Facilities are ideally placed, and I’m happy with the set up!

We have used Shipston Self Storage twice now - both for storing household items while building work was going on at home. Mick was just lovely! Easy booking process and responsive on both occasions. We needed flexibility due to our build and Mick provided this. So lucky to have this facility on our doorstep!

The facility is great (clean and secure) but, more importantly, Mick is extremely kind and helpful, offering friendly support and guidance on matching requirements to the customer's needs. He lends a personal touch to storage needs (which, by nature, can so often be clinical) and is very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his site.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mick who provided the storage we needed before moving to France. It was a great facility and very secure. We have no hesitation in recommending Shipston Self Store, it was top quality, and Mick should be very proud of his business

The best self-storage I have ever used (and I've used a lot!). Well lit, no damp- I left my belongings for six years and they came out the same as they went in. Mick is such a lovely man too - incredibly helpful and kind. Would thoroughly recommend!
Whitnash storage: useful things to know
Is there a Wigwam store in Whitnash?
No, and there isn't one in Leamington either. We serve Whitnash from Wigwam Shipston-on-Stour, down the Fosse Way.
How long does the drive take?
Around 23 minutes for 15.7 miles in free-flowing traffic. That's a routing estimate, so allow extra in the rush hour.
When can I get to my unit?
Any day from 6am to 10pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.
How do I keep the number of trips down?
Pick the size before you book, so everything goes in one load, and put the things you will need first at the front. If you are unsure, call the office on 01608 532162 and talk it through.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.
How long do I have to stay?
The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.
Do I need insurance?
Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
