It's about 16.1 miles by road, roughly 22 minutes in clear traffic. Head out on the B3022 Slough Road, take the A332 along Royal Windsor Way, then the A355 to the M4. Leave the motorway for the A404(M) towards Maidenhead and Marlow, then follow Marlow Road and Bisham Road into Marlow for Fieldhouse Lane. That's an estimate from map routing rather than a timed drive, so allow a little longer at busy times. Marlow looks close on the map, but by road it is nearer 16 miles, and that is the shortest sensible route.

Once you're there, smart entry gets you in any day from 6am to 10pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm, and you can call 01628 769004.

Began using Wigwam Self Storage in Marlow at the beginning of September but before hand the team helped me select the right unit for my needs by remotely opening each storage unit during my pre contract visit. Once the contract period commenced the access to the phone app was activated, the app is self explanatory and access was simple with no issues. The storage facility itself is in excellent condition and I would definitely recommend the facility for its convenience and proximity in Marlow. Thank you to the team for helping me during the initial set up period.

Whole process from start to finish was very smooth and the Introductory offer were better then anything else I was looking at. Managed to book a unit viewing, and have the process setup in about an hour, so could start moving stuff in as soon as possible. The remote/ keyless access app works well.

We needed storage as we are moving house and needed somewhere not too far away. The whole process was easy, the price was good and Holly was very diligent in sorting out our needs. We used the app, which was very simple, and our first time at the storage meant we could open all the doors and our unit very easily. How long does the drive take?

Around 22 minutes in clear traffic. That's a routing estimate, so allow longer at busy times.

When can I get to my unit?

Any day from 6am to 10pm, using smart entry. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

Is the first floor cheaper than the ground floor?

Yes, at every size where Marlow offers both. A 25 sq ft unit is £22 a week upstairs against £25.50 on the ground floor.

I have a large sofa. Will it go in a first-floor unit?

Access is step-free and trolleys are on site. For something large, call 01628 769004 before you book and the team can talk you through a ground-floor unit.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.

How long do I have to stay?

The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.

Do I need insurance?

Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
