Began using Wigwam Self Storage in Marlow at the beginning of September but before hand the team helped me select the right unit for my needs by remotely opening each storage unit during my pre contract visit.
Once the contract period commenced the access to the phone app was activated, the app is self explanatory and access was simple with no issues.
The storage facility itself is in excellent condition and I would definitely recommend the facility for its convenience and proximity in Marlow.

Whole process from start to finish was very smooth and the Introductory offer were better then anything else I was looking at.
Managed to book a unit viewing, and have the process setup in about an hour, so could start moving stuff in as soon as possible.
The remote/ keyless access app works well.

We needed storage as we are moving house and needed somewhere not too far away. The whole process was easy, the price was good and Holly was very diligent in sorting out our needs. We used the app, which was very simple, and our first time at the storage meant we could open all the doors and our unit very easily. Trolleys were there for our use and moving was very straight forward. Well done Wigwam!

Brand New storage facility. Clean and bright and very welcoming. I had a look around to choose the right size storage unit and the call centre were fantastic in helping me. Big car park makes it really easy to unload. Impressed with the access via my mobile and an alarm my unit. 🏠

What will my storage quote include?
The weekly rental for the unit you choose, VAT, and any Contents Protection you take through us. Your quote shows the total before you book.
What are the minimum stay and notice terms?
Stays start from two weeks. Your storage agreement sets out the notice you need to give.
How do refunds for unused days work?
Where a refund applies, it covers storage days you have paid for but not used. Minimum stay and notice conditions apply.
How do I use smartphone entry?
When you book, we text you how to download the Smart Entry Access app. It then guides you through the doors, and "locate my unit" makes your unit beep and blink so you can find it.
Can someone else access my unit?
Yes. Digital key sharing in the app lets you give a friend, family member or colleague temporary access.
