What It Actually Costs to Book, the Terms Plainly
No deposit applies, 14 days’ notice is required to end the booking, and unused paid days are refunded after the notice period ends.

If a friend’s dropping something off for you
Sites are unmanned outside office hours (Bath’s are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 3pm, as one example). Only someone authorised on the booking can be present, staff won’t receive items on your behalf.
Can You Still Get to Your Things If Plans Change?
Access runs seven days a week, 6am to 10pm, including over the Christmas or Easter break itself, times may vary slightly by location.
