I found dealing with Wigwam easy to deal with, the staff are all friendly. The Tewkesbury depot is clean. I only negative for me is having to press and hold the up or down button on the lift until the lift is in position.

We turned up unannounced and I spoke to Sarah, she opened the unit and gave us a phone tour, we picked a unit and a move date. We needed to change the move date again I called ,spoke to Holly , again no issues . The service has been impeccable, throughout, the entry system is easy , even for a technophobe like me. I cannot recommend this place highly enough

Renting a unit with Wigwam was so simple. I rang them up, they 'showed me around' the Tewkesbury site - they were on the phone, unlocking doors as I approached the doors, my little girl loved it. The units are decent value for money, especially with the discount I received, the facility is very clean, and the system on your phone works brilliantly. Best storage unit I've ever rented from, cannot recommend enough!

This storage unit is well located near the motorway, clean and very easy to navigate. All access is controlled by a simple app and it is easy to share with colleagues or others who might need access on a one off or ongoing basis. There is a lift to help move things if your space is on the first floor. There is also a wide loading bay or a self opening door from the car park, so you have options fit for items of all shapes and sizes. The customer service team are super helpful and were able to talk us through everything we need to know. We would recommend Wigwam Tewkesbury wholeheartedly!

I highly reccomend wigwam storage.... worth every single penny. Ive a 35sqft unit and its perfect. Ive a few bits from my house, and i buy and sell in the carboots so its very very handy. Im always in & out. Really good opening times also, i think its 6 am to 10 pm which is perfect for me. I just go in unlock the doors with a press of a button on my phone , and load in my stuff. This place is absolutely spotless clean, i mean immaculate. A lovely clean smell hits you when you open the doors & my favourite thing is the trolleys, they r so handy. I believe there is a thing for carrying pallets also which is cool. And the toilet is always spotless. I cant pick a single fault. Thanks wigwam from Patrick stokes
