Highly recommend this company! I recently moved and needed to store some items and was unsure where to store as I wanted to make sure it was close by but also very secure. I contacted this company and to spoke to Holly who was so welcoming and helped me decide what size would be better for me by allowing me access to see the units. The level of security in the premises is fantastic with cameras at every corner! I decided in the end to go with a 50ft storage and then dealt with both Helen and Jeremy who explain each step what happens moving forward and made sure that I would get access on the date that suited me. The process I thought was going to be long and added stress for me, however all 3 took that stress away! Thank you again!

I phoned and reversed my storage unit with a very helpful man and went and viewed it witha wingman employee on other end of phone and within a space of 45 minutes the storage unit was ready to move stuff in carnt thank how helpful and fast and easy it was to get storage with wigwam

I had need of storage space at short notice. Wigwam came up in a search as local to me with good reviews. Let me say the reviews are well deserved. They have all different storage unit sizes which you can easily select online.
I've never used self storage before so it was all new to me but Wigwam have made it so intuitive and simple to use. You download the app which gives you easy Bluetooth access to the entire building. I've only used the facility out of office hours and it was all so easy. There are flat bed trolleys, a pump truck and a sack truck to make moving your items hassle free. Safe, secure storage, easy to use, accessible until 10pm and reasonable prices. Top marks all round.
I'd recommended Wigwam to anyone wanting self storage.

It was a last minute thing to get some storage but a quick phone call to Wig wam and really within minute's and a few I.D bits required from myself I was all set up and panick over, I would definitely recommend, and one of the main things I liked they answered the phone very quickly and you spoke to a real person, that means a lot. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
The signing up process was easy, and the service from the staff was speedy, friendly, helpful and professional.
The app used to access the premises was easy to use and gave added assurance of the security of my items.
Once inside the premises were modern, clean, well lit, and directions to the storage unit were clear and easy to follow…. Even the lift had step by step instructions!
All in all a fantastic company and storage facility.

Excellent experience!
We needed sudden storage after selling our parents’ house. I stopped in at the Bromsgrove branch and found it unmanned, (which I now know is normal).
I rang the number and spoke to an extremely helpful employee who offered me immediate, remote access to the building and let me see inside two different sized units.
After that, the set up was extremely quick!
I applied in the morning and was able to drop stuff off the same day. Everything is activated by an app on your phone but staff can be contacted by phone if needed.
On my second visit (after lots of rain) I did notice a pool of water not far from my unit. I rang up and by next day it had been sorted. No recurrence.
I am really happy with the unit and the excellent service.

Very clean facility, very easy people to deal with. Guidance on unit size available on website. East booking. Trolleys and sack truck available in airlock. Mobile phone access system was easy to learn how to use and instructions on the goods lift were clear and concise. Very pleased I chose Wigwam Self Storage.

Well taken by surprise just how good this experience was. The app for access works perfectly every thing is like new and excellent condition. When you enter the storage main door there’s all types of trolleys pallet trucks etc to help you get to your unit.

First time using a storage unit and was bit apprehensive but the staff at Wigwam storage are so friendly and helpful that they made everything very easy. The storage unit was easy to find and the app easy to use and any problems there was always someone on the other end of the phone to help. The unit was clean and tidy and it was nice to have music in the background. Would definitely recommend.
