Great service. The site works remotely so you can book up in advance over the phone and receive your unit details after basic form filling and ID. Access to the site is through an app which worked perfectly. Even the units lock with an app, no padlocks necessary but you can use a lock (or two) for additional security. Would happily recommend.

Impressed with how easy it has been to get a storage unit. I did a quote online, within minutes I had a call offering me a unit, 1 week later and I accessed my unit for the first time.
Great communication from staff member Holly on both e-mail and phone.
Access to the site is through the app and clear signs/maps made it easy for me to locate my unit.
App is simple to use, have been able to add my Husband as a user meaning he can access it without me.
Highly recommend the company from the experience I have had so far.

Easy to reserve a unit and then complete necessary paperwork for rental. Rental price is also very competitive compared to other local units. Security is great with specific App to gain access through security gates and also unit door. Building very clean and tidy, with trolleys to help move heavy items etc. Would recommend Wigwam.

Helpful staff, made moving in so easy (thanks Lenny!). They rang me after we moved in to check tht we were happy. App controlled security meant no padlocks (unless we want to add our own) and the facility was easy to use. I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks Wigwam!

SO easy! Once we had completed the paperwork side of things, which was straightforward online, we got an app. It is literally like being in a TV show. You drive up and the roller door goes up on its own. Grab a trolley and then the sliding door opens. Everything is spotlessley clean, climate controlled and super secure. I could not be happier! Wow...not the experience I was expecting, which would have been neutral or less than ideal. BUT my experience was neither of these - I was SO impressed! Not just by the swish new facilities and all the easy to use systems, but also - and more so by the team! Each and every colleague I spoke to was beyond helpful, cheerful and genuinely lovely. Nothing was too much hassle, they showed no need of patience - which they definitely would have needed for me lol, and was so thorough and quick to assist, everything was a breeze, and the staff even had me laughing - what a team!! Shout out to Lenny and Sarah, who assisted me the most!... legends!

Need a secure place to store your prized possessions? This ticks all the boxes. Two downsides. 1. Loose gravel outside. 2. Narrow gap. If someone is accessing their unit with their vehicle in the way, you'll probably have a wait. Most people are quick in and out, but you know what the odds are if in a rush? Else, a great place, great staff. 👍

I'm sad to let my container go but it's not needed due to difficult circumstances.
Norbeck Storage are a great company with great facilities in a perfect location all on one level, very easy access to the container anytime day or night.
Friendly team on site and the same service over the phone which is hard to find these days.
