From Backwell it's about 9 miles (8.7 by the map), roughly 18 minutes in free-flowing traffic. Leave on Farleigh Road and Main Road, both the A370, then take Colliter's Way onto the South Bristol Link Road (A4174) and finish on Hengrove Way and Roman Farm Road.

From Flax Bourton it's about 7 miles (7.1 by the map), roughly 14 minutes. Start on Station Road, turn onto Main Road (the A370), and follow the same link road as the Backwell drive. These are routing estimates, not timed drives, so allow longer at busy hours, and read the road signs on Station Road before a loaded trip.

Once there, you can let yourself in with smart entry between 6am and 10pm, seven days a week. The office keeps Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Highly recommend this company! I recently moved and needed to store some items and was unsure where to store as I wanted to make sure it was close by but also very secure. I contacted this company and to spoke to Holly who was so welcoming and helped me decide what size would be better for me by allowing me access to see the units. The level of security in the premises is fantastic with cameras at every corner! I decided in the end to go with a 50ft storage and then dealt with both Helen and Jeremy who explain each step what happens moving forward and made sure that I would get access on the date that suited me. The process I thought was going to be long and added stress for me, however all 3 took that stress away! Thank you again!
