Both routes start from The Grove along Bristol Road, Stanton Lane and Clevedon Road, all the B3130, for about 2.5 miles to the A370. About 2.3 miles along the A370 they part. Route A takes Colliter's Way and the South Bristol Link Road (A4174): 8.7 miles and about 17 minutes. Route B goes by Portishead Way, Winterstoke Road, Parson Street and Hartcliffe Way: 8.9 miles and about 18 minutes.

Both finish on Hengrove Way and Roman Farm Road. Those are estimates from map routing in clear traffic, not timed drives, so allow longer at busy times. A round trip is about 17 miles and 35 minutes before loading.

At the store, smart entry lets you in from 6am to 10pm every day. The office opens Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Highly recommend this company! I recently moved and needed to store some items and was unsure where to store as I wanted to make sure it was close by but also very secure. I contacted this company and to spoke to Holly who was so welcoming and helped me decide what size would be better for me by allowing me access to see the units. The level of security in the premises is fantastic with cameras at every corner! I decided in the end to go with a 50ft storage and then dealt with both Helen and Jeremy who explain each step what happens moving forward and made sure that I would get access on the date that suited me. The process I thought was going to be long and added stress for me, however all 3 took that stress away! Thank you again!

How long does the drive take?

About 17 to 18 minutes in clear traffic, depending on which road you take after the A370. Those are routing estimates, so allow longer at busy times.

When can I get to my unit?

Any day from 6am to 10pm, using smart entry. The office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Which route is better, the link road or the city road?

The South Bristol Link Road is 0.2 miles shorter and avoids Bedminster Down Road and Parson Street, but the two finish about a minute apart.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.

How long do I have to stay?

The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.

Do I need insurance?

Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
