It's about 3.5 miles by road, roughly 9 minutes in free-flowing traffic. You leave the village by Church Road, Dundry Lane and Highridge Road, join the A4174 at King George's Road, and stay on it along Hengrove Way to Roman Farm Road.

Church Road, Dundry Lane and Highridge Road are minor roads where weight limits can apply, so read the road signs before a loaded trip. These are routing estimates, not timed drives, so allow longer at peak times.

At Bristol Hengrove, it's smart entry from 6am to 10pm, any day. The office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. A first load can go in early and a second the same evening.

Highly recommend this company! I recently moved and needed to store some items and was unsure where to store as I wanted to make sure it was close by but also very secure. I contacted this company and to spoke to Holly who was so welcoming and helped me decide what size would be better for me by allowing me access to see the units. The level of security in the premises is fantastic with cameras at every corner! I decided in the end to go with a 50ft storage and then dealt with both Helen and Jeremy who explain each step what happens moving forward and made sure that I would get access on the date that suited me. The process I thought was going to be long and added stress for me, however all 3 took that stress away! Thank you again!

The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.

Do I need insurance?

Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
