Join the A37 on Pensford Hill and stay on it through Bristol Road, Hursley Hill and Wells Road, about 3 miles, then leave at Ridgeway Lane for the last couple of miles through the side roads to Roman Farm Road. That is about 5.1 miles and roughly 13 minutes. A second option finishes on Whitchurch Lane and Hengrove Way (A4174) instead: about 5.7 miles, also around 13 minutes.

Those are estimates from map routing, in clear traffic, not timed drives, so allow longer at busy times. The council has an order for a 20 mph limit on the A37 at Pensford Hill and New Road, due from 9 November 2026, and both routes use Pensford Hill.

When you arrive, smart entry opens the unit from 6am to 10pm any day, and the office answers Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Highly recommend this company! I recently moved and needed to store some items and was unsure where to store as I wanted to make sure it was close by but also very secure. I contacted this company and to spoke to Holly who was so welcoming and helped me decide what size would be better for me by allowing me access to see the units. The level of security in the premises is fantastic with cameras at every corner! I decided in the end to go with a 50ft storage and then dealt with both Helen and Jeremy who explain each step what happens moving forward and made sure that I would get access on the date that suited me. The process I thought was going to be long and added stress for me, however all 3 took that stress away! Thank you again!

Which floor is cheaper?

The upper floors, at every size held on both floors. The ground floor costs more but is easier for heavy furniture and white goods.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No. We're not currently taking deposits from new customers.

How long do I have to stay?

The minimum stay is two weeks. After that you stay as long as you need and give 14 days' notice when you're ready to leave.

Do I need insurance?

Everything you store needs cover: our contents protection, or your own policy if it covers goods in self storage. Send us proof within 14 days of moving in and we'll refund the contents protection charges.
