Getting here from Painswick
Head to our Cheltenham store
Grosvenor Terrace,
Cheltenham, GL52 2SA
It's about 11 miles by road, roughly 21 minutes in free-flowing traffic, and a single main road almost all the way: the A46 Cheltenham Road north, then Shurdington Road, coming into town on the A46 Bath Road. Rodney Road then brings you round to Grosvenor Terrace. That's an estimate from map routing rather than a timed drive, so allow longer at busy times.
Once you're there, smart entry lets you in Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and at weekends and on bank holidays from 10am to 4pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. You can read more about the Cheltenham store before you set off.

Why Painswick people store with us
Painswick, about 4 miles north of Stroud, has about 3,200 people in the parish. It grew from the wool trade and is built mainly of locally quarried Cotswold stone, and many of its buildings have south-facing attic rooms once used as weavers' workshops. The Painswick Rococo Garden, laid out in the 1740s, is the UK's only complete surviving rococo garden. The usual reasons to store from here are clearing rooms for building work, holding furniture through a move, or keeping a small business's stock out of the house.
