Getting here from Stroud
Head to our Cheltenham store
Grosvenor Terrace,
Cheltenham, GL52 2SA
It's about 14 miles by road, roughly 30 minutes in free-flowing traffic, and it's the A46 almost the whole way with no motorway: north from Merrywalks, up Painswick Road and on along Cheltenham Road and Stroud Road. The A46 becomes Shurdington Road and then Bath Road into Cheltenham, and Rodney Road brings you round to Grosvenor Terrace. That's an estimate from map routing rather than a timed drive, so allow longer at busy times.
Once you're there, smart entry lets you in Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and at weekends and on bank holidays from 10am to 4pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. You can read more about the Cheltenham store before you set off.

Why Stroud people store with us
Stroud sits below the western escarpment of the Cotswold Hills, where the Five Valleys meet, and the parish had about 13,500 people at the 2021 census. Its woollen mills were powered by the small rivers running through those valleys, and since July 1999 a farmers' market has been held every Saturday. The usual reasons to store from Stroud are a move or renovation that needs rooms emptied, or a small business or maker whose stock has outgrown the house.
Moving home
Hold furniture through a move with storage for your move.
Renovating
Empty the rooms being worked on and bring it all back afterwards.
Makers and small business
Stock that has outgrown the house, see business storage.
Downsizing
Keep the pieces you want while you decide, using decluttering storage.
