Getting here from Stonehouse
Head to our Cheltenham store
Grosvenor Terrace,
Cheltenham, GL52 2SA
It's about 18 miles by road, roughly 25 minutes in free-flowing traffic, and the M5 does most of the work: take the B4008 High Street and Gloucester Road out of town to the motorway and head north. Leave it for the A40 into Cheltenham, then follow Gloucester Road, Swindon Road and St Margaret's Road to Grosvenor Terrace. That's an estimate from map routing rather than a timed drive, so allow longer at busy times.
Once you're there, smart entry lets you in Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and at weekends and on bank holidays from 10am to 4pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. You can read more about the Cheltenham store before you set off.

Why Stonehouse people store with us
Stonehouse is a town of about 7,600 people, about 4 miles west of central Stroud. It appears in the Domesday Book of 1086 as Stanhus, and its people worked first in wool and later in textiles. The Stroudwater Navigation, cut in 1779, passes through the west of the town, and the town centre is 2.5 miles from junction 13 of the M5. The usual reasons to store from here are a move with a gap in the middle, an extension that clears a room or two, or a small business that needs its stock out of the house.
