A storage locker is a small, cupboard-like storage space that you reach into rather than walk into. It suits boxes, suitcases and small items rather than furniture.

Lockers appear on the September 2026 price lists for three of our sites. Other sites may not have them, so ask your site before you plan on one:

A locker is still a unit under our terms, so the same agreement applies: a two-week minimum stay, notice to leave (normally 14 days, shown on your Cover Sheet), and you must insure what's inside, through our contents protection or your own policy.
Locker or small unit?
Compare prices at your site before choosing. At Chipping Norton, the 10 sq ft locker is £9 a week, a 10 sq ft walk-in unit on the ground floor is £12, and a 10 sq ft unit on the mezzanine is £8. The price list marks that mezzanine "No lift", so ask the site how you would reach it. The locker there is cheaper than the ground-floor room but not the upstairs one. Our price lists don't give the door size or depth of each locker, so if you have something awkward, such as a guitar case, a folded pushchair or a long box, ask us for the measurements before you book. Clause 26 of our terms says unit sizes are approximate and asks you to check exact requirements with us before signing.
